This book was so freaking good. Absolutely obsessed with Misery and her BFF Serena, god they are hilarious together. I’ve enjoyed other Ali Hazelwood books, but this plot, world building, character development, and dialogue was next level, while also flawlessly executing a tried and true romance novel structure. I’m now afraid to look up the next books in the series, b/c I just KNOW that it’s going to switch character POVs and I’ll be bummed - there’s so much left to explore while following these main characters!!
