OMG this might be the best book I’ve read this year. INSANE. Could not put down, totally ruined my sleep from staying up so late reading, finished in 24 hours. AHHHH!!! Can we just pause for a moment to relive the opening line of this book? “I wonder what kind of sound it would make if I were to smash this glass against the side of his head.” … WHAT! Aside from that Gone Girl vibes quote, read this if you want a romance that’ll cause you to laugh, scream, and cry - and apparently not sleep because you have to get to the end. Ps. Edit: I’ve since learned that this book was reissued in 2021, which is the version I read. Apparently the 2015 version had some questionable consent moments, which I totally get would color one’s feeling about the characters & lead to lower star reviews. Pick up the one with the pink flower on it!
